Sautéed Jerusalem Artichokes
Ingredients:
1 lb Jerusalem Artichokes, sliced thin
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary, thyme or oregano
Fennel frill to garnish
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary, thyme or oregano
Fennel frill to garnish
Directions:
Heat a medium saute pan with olive oil on medium heat, then add artichokes and herbs. Sauté for about 10 minutes or until tender. Garnish with fennel frill.
