Cape Cod Crab Dip

We were unable to find who first developed the recipe for a crab dip. However according to food historians, cheese dip was invented by Blackie Donnely, owner of a chain of Mexican Chiquito Restaurants in Arkansas in 1935. It is believed that from this humble beginning came recipes for a variety of dips.

We are sure that whoever developed the recipe for a crab dip would agree that this recipe is delicious.

Cape Cod Crab Dip
Serves 6-8

Ingredients:
1 6 oz. can of crabmeat
½ c. chili sauce
1 3 oz. package of cream cheese
½ c. mayonnaise
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco to taste
½ tsp. salt
2 chopped hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Chill. Serve with corn chips.
