Farmers’ Market Stew
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato, sliced thin
1 winter squash, sliced thin
5 carrots, sliced thin
2 yellow beets, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
2 cups greens (arugula, spinach, swiss chard or kale)
1 cup lentils, cooked
12 cups water
4 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons Braggs Amino Acids*
