Annual Glassblowers' Christmas

Sandwich Glass Museum, 129 Main Street, Sandwich

Hundreds of unique glass ornaments made by the region’s finest local and national glass artists, will adorn Christmas trees in the Contemporary Gallery. The visitor will be transported into a magical display of color and childhood memories. It is a truly an enchanting time at the Museum!

Guided Tours:

Guided tour once a day at 11:00 am Monday through Saturdays.

We are a production brewery so one tour a day is all we can handle in terms of interrupting our warehouse space.  If you miss the tour for the day feel free to come by for a TASTING anyway!

Beer Tastings available during retail hours.
$5 includes five 3oz samples and logo tasting glass to take home as a souvenir!

Please note that we stop selling samples about  30 minutes prior to close and we stop selling pints about 15 minutes prior to close.  Please plan accordingly!


ALL ABOUT SCRIMSHAW: A Gallery Tour and Seminar

Join Eldred's and the Antique Scrimshaw Collectors Association for an evening All About Scrimshaw at our East Dennis auction gallery on Wednesday, November 20 at 5 p.m. The event is free and open to anyone with an interest in scrimshaw, whether you've just been admiring it at museums or you already own a vast collection.
Attendees will be able to tour the Marine Sale auction exhibit, with Eldred’s staff and ASCA members on-hand to answer questions about the nearly 250 lots of scrimshaw that will be on display. There will also be brief presentations about starting (or growing!) a collection, identifying genuine pieces of scrimshaw, and resources to learn more about the art of the whaleman.
Advance registration is requested.

People of all ages can take a spin (or two) on the vintage carousel and roast marshmallows together at the fire pits. Lighting of the Lobster Pot Tree

The Lobster Pot Christmas Tree is an annual holiday tradition in Provincetown! A unique lobster pot tree is built each holiday season the heart of the town's Lopes Square, stacked with over 100 real lobster pots borrowed from local lobstermen. Lighting at 5:30 pm.
